Our Treatments
-
We’ll get to know your story, understand what you want to achieve and properly assess what’s going on. We’ll talk you through what we find, answer your questions and create a clear plan to help you move forward.
And if hands-on treatment is appropriate, there’s time for that too, all within your initial appointment.
Musculoskeletal physiotherapy is all about helping you move better and feel better. Whether your pain comes from an injury, daily wear and tear, or simply getting older, our physiotherapists are here to support you - and everyone is welcome!
Your first session (or a return visit for a new area of pain) begins with an in-depth 1 hour assessment to understand what’s causing your discomfort. From there, we create a personalised treatment plan tailored to you and your goals.
What your treatment may include:
Looking at how your body moves (biomechanical assessment)
Advice on posture, lifestyle, and daily activities
Gentle joint and spinal mobilisation or manipulation
Soft tissue therapy, massage, and deep friction techniques
Targeted exercises to strengthen and correct movement
Posture correction and injury prevention strategies
Heat therapy when appropriate
A fully customised rehabilitation programme emailed to you after your session.
Our approach is friendly, professional, and designed to make sure you leave feeling better and more confident in your body. Everyone is welcome - no matter your age, background, or activity level.
